I asked: what would you like to tell others who join the course...

I’d like to tell other people who join the course that they will feel themselves changing, but very gradually – it’s not an overnight transformation/revelation – stick with it.


You get out of it what you put in so begin with an open mind and be motivated and prepared to practice.


It will change the way [you] look at life.


Mindfulness helps you to enjoy and accept your life more fully.


It's both enjoyable and challenging.


The home practice is really important, I wish I'd done more during the eight weeks - it all passes in a flash - so now, I'd like to start again at the beginning.  Maybe I will.
