If you teach mindfulness or are involved in helping others, this retreat is to help you restore and re-energise yourself. We offer four days and four teachers in the heart of the South Midlands in a farm setting.
Our purpose-built retreat centre has space for up to around 15 people. We will mostly spend our time in silence: moving between sitting practice; movement and walking – but each teacher will add their own unique flavour to each day.

Our farm location allows us to explore nature and make use of the outdoors.

Accommodation is available at a farm next door or a local B&B, alternatively if you would like to camp, there’s plenty of space out in the paddock with the alpaca – we provide an electric hook up, running water and hot showers inside, plus an outdoor loo or two. Jenny will send details of accommodation locally when you register.

Delicious food is provided throughout the retreat in the big farmhouse kitchen – we cater for vegans and vegetarians plus other restricted diets (but sorry, not severe nut allergies).

This retreat contributes to the requirements for CPD by the Mindfulness Network of UK Teachers.

Arrive Friday evening for an early dinner, orientation and sitting practice.
Depart Wednesday morning after breakfast, if possible, please allow a little extra time before departure to help with the tidy-up.

£160, plus a donation of your choosing to the teachers
Camping is free of charge

Re-wilding our heart begins by getting in touch with our essential nature. The natural world is the place to start. Annabel and Jenny will use the farm environment to help us all to focus the mind and see the world with fresh eyes.

Annabel and Jenny will lead this day (Bosco the dog, can’t make the workshop).

Cost £20, bring a packed lunch. Hot drinks will be provided through the day.
Opening ceremony for the new dedicated mindfulness space at Hinton Barn Farm.
And on the day we opened our new space, we welcomed all ages.
A place of calm and tranquility.
