Alpaca teach us how we relate to the world.

Breathing slow and deep helps reassure alpaca that you are there to cuddle them not eat them.

I have trained at Bangor University which is one of the three centres of excellence for Mindfulness in the UK. 

My personal practice is sustained by attending Masterclasses at Oxford Mindfulness Centre and other retreats at Gaia House.  I have completed a Masters in Mindfulness and am currently studying for a PhD.

I'm a Kiwi, originally from NZ but I've lived and worked in the UK for 33 years now - despite still having a strong accent!

In my spare time I farm alpaca and they are a wonderful way to practice mindfulness.  You can also see that I love my cat and dog too.
