This course gets you started on the basic tools that will help you to get more out of life:

In study, after study (over 30 years), we increase mindfulness and find measureable benefits
to our physical and psychological well-being.
The most recent scientific research shows that our brain
can grow new neurological pathways through the practice of mindfulness and these pathways give us emotional resilience (see my resources page for a short documentary by the BBC).
