The way of the lion cub. We can learn mindfulness through the eyes of a baby, when we deepen our practice and relax. We will use the day of silence to explore nature and our own natures. Cost £15

Based on the Breathworks teaching, this is an opportunity to learn mindfulness from scratch, today. And. Then over the eight weeks to learn about how to integrate simple mindfulness practices into everyday living.

Please note the dates of this course straddle the Easter Break and we would really appreciate if you check your full availability before signing up for this programme. Each week builds on the previous one and continuity is important.

CULTIVATING METTA - a day of exploring and enhancing our relationships with ourselves and others.

There is overwhelming evidence that more self-esteem and self-kindness leads to a greater likelihood of treating others with respect, kindness, and generosity. Kindness and compassion give rise to self-confidence, which in turn empowers us to be honest, truthful, and transparent. This day of cultivating Metta (loving-kindness) will involve working with emotions, words, memories, and our imaginations to direct kindness towards ourselves, explore our relationships with others, recognize impatience, and be kind through personal adversity and difficult situations.

Going Deeper - Mindfulness Day of Silence

Led by Jenny. We will explore the stillness within with a very simple series of meditations based on sitting and walking.

Please bring some lunch, warm clothes and an open mind.
WILD MINDFULNESS

Re-wilding our heart begins by getting in touch with our essential nature. The natural world is the place to start. Annabel and Jenny will use the farm environment to help us all to focus the mind and see the world with fresh eyes.

Annabel and Jenny will lead this day (Bosco the dog, can’t make the workshop).

Cost £20, bring a packed lunch. Hot drinks will be provided through the day.
